As a young ballet dancer and eventually as a dance instructor, Tara gained invaluable firsthand experience with the rehabilitation process, which deepened her appreciation for injury prevention and overall health. This combination of personal experience and teaching fueled her passion for helping others remain active and pain-free, ultimately inspiring her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Tara graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) degree from the University of Alberta.

Tara’s clinical approach combines evidence-based manual therapy with corrective exercise strategies, tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. She takes a comprehensive view of rehabilitation, emphasizing not only the treatment of symptoms but uncovering the root causes of pain. Tara’s focus on personalized care ensures that her patients receive the most effective treatment suited to their needs.

In addition to her work with everyday aches and pains, Tara has a strong interest in pelvic health rehabilitation, offering specialized care to those with pelvic floor dysfunction or related concerns.
